A placeholder for a public-minded system where the word we is not a default assumption. It is a deliberate civic boundary: shared language, accountable action, and tools that should explain themselves before they speak for anyone.

We as stewardship

“We” means maintenance, consent, and responsibility before scale.

We as context

Every claim should point back to a human institution, a record, or a reason.

We as invitation

The interface stays thin so the public can inspect the system, not be buried by it.

“އަހަރެމެން” is a reminder that civic AI should answer to a collective voice, while still showing where that voice comes from, what it can prove, and what it cannot.

This is a starting point only. The client will grow from here, but the first promise is simple: keep the surface readable, the intent explicit, and the public in view.
